English Words for Kids app for iPhone and iPad

"English Words for Kids" is an educational app that will help your children discover the English language in a fun, easy and engaging way. Beside learning correct pronunciation, your children will associate the given word with the correct image and sounds. With the aid of three games "Learn Words" and the games "Recognize" and "Discover" they will improve their vocabulary with over 300 new English words.

LEARN WORDS
Under your childrens eyes a series of attractive images with their corresponding sound will start the learning process. The images are grouped in 9 different categories:colors, shapes, musical instruments, fruits, vegetables, food, objects, animals, birds.

RECOGNIZE WORDS
The game of recognizing the correct word from three images shown on the screen will tell parents how the learning process is progressing. For every category chosen the game will have 10 steps, every time in a different combination, so playing it will always be engaging and fun. Congratulation words at every step of the game will increase their self confidence.

DISCOVER WORDS
With the help of this game, your children will learn to group words into correct categories, by choosing from 9 images shown on the screen. Every game contains 10 rounds that will consolidate his new vocabulary, avoiding mechanical learning.

LEARNING EVALUATION
Recongnize Words will keep score of your childrens answers and will calculate a learning percentage for every word. Parents will know at every step what the children might have missed and at what they excel.
